ORDERS ARE DELIVERED TO THE PORTLAND DAHLIA SOCIETY

BAGGED WITH YOUR ORDER FORM / THEY WILL DISTRIBUTE

 Please follow the instructions on the website. Once the cut-off date closes the orders will be made and shipped to Dan Baulig. Then Dan will bring the orders to the Portland Dahlia Society club meeting. It takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks to get the orders back once they are placed.

 You will need to attend a club meeting to pick-up your order.

 There is no direct ship from Winning Seasons. Out of town members orders will be shipped and will have to pay an additional shipping charge. All out of town orders will be shipped using USPS flat rate boxes. The flat rate box postage costs for a small box - $11.00, Medium - $16.00 and Large - $21.00. If the order is larger than what will fit in a large flat rate box additional postage will be charged. Once out of town order is placed, we will determine what size box will be needed and club member will be invoiced separately for postage using Stripe invoicing through SquareSpace.

 The Winning Seasons website will not be available year-round and will be turned on and off throughout the year for you to purchase club apparel. We will make sure and notify everyone when the Winning Seasons website will be available for you to order club logo apparel. The website will be ready to take orders starting March 1st. All orders must be placed by April 9^th to arrive for the May 14^th club meeting delivery. Please pay attention to the sale ends date on the site to make sure that you place your order before the website is closed.

All of the items are of top quality and are embroidered with the Portland Dahlia Society Club logo. All items are at cost. There is no profit for the Portland Dahlia Society. It’s a turn key for the Portland Dahlia Society. Please note that there won’t be any returns. Please pay special attention to the sizes when you order. Make sure and order your correct size.
